Holy Water Part II...
The USFS has published it's recommendations for boating on the upper Chattooga. I'm sure the battle for the upper tooga is still far from over, but if Alternative 12 is passed it will definitely be a victory for the FLY fishas'. Check out Alternative 12 here Alternative 12
